  • Can I pick the products that go in the vending machine?

    We work with our clients to select appropriate products to ensure that they receive the service they require. We discuss the needs of your staff or patrons, and find the balance of what they want and how often they want it to avoid expired food waste. Whether it be healthy options, quick snacks, energy drinks or iced coffee, we can provide the variety your space needs. 

  • How long will it take to get a vending machine on site?

    A vending machine can be on site in as little as 2 days, depending on the availability of machines. If there are transport delays, this may take a little longer, but we will discuss this with you and give you an appropriate estimate. n

  • How often will you refill the vending machine?

    Some vending machines need refilling daily, whereas some only need refilling fortnightly, depending on frequency of use. We monitor stock levels remotely and refill at an appropriate time.  We never wait for our machines to be empty to refill them, but we do wait for them to become low in order to minimise disruption to the workplace or relevant site.

  • Can you put a vending machine outside?

    We are able to put a vending machine outside. However, there are requirement for a space to be suitable.

    The machine needs to be undercover to the extent that it (and the electrical point) is protected from any rain or weather damage as this could cause electrical faults to the machine. The machine also cannot be placed in a flood prone area.  The vending machine needs to be in a secure location that is not easily exposed to vandalism or burglary. 

    It is also important to place the vending machine in a location where your staff can easily access the machine in a comfortable and quick manner. 

    Some locations have no choice but to leave vending machines outside and these locations generally take extra precautions such as CCTV cameras.  

    We can assess all potential locations on their suitability and are able to discuss your best options. 

  • Do your vending machines have cashless options like Paywave and ApplePay?

    All of our vending machines are enabled with 'Tap & Go' payment as well as cash, ensuring that your staff and patrons always have access to the products. 

  • What happens if the vending machine has a problem?

    If there are any problems or concerns with a vending machine, we have a 24/7 contact line and will arrange for someone to service the vending machine as soon as possible.

  • How much does it cost to have a Vending Machine at our Business?

    Absolutely free. We are happy to provide, deliver, stock and maintain our vending machines to your business or site location free of charge to you.
